Group Classes

Why choose group class?

  • If your dog is well-behaved at home but acts like they’ve never been trained a day in their life around your friends, family, and neighbors, you aren’t alone! The solution: more training practice around distractions. Group classes are the perfect place to teach your dog to focus on you even in distracting settings, to support your dreams of taking them to patios, breweries, beaches, and parks.

  • Feeling guilty because your busy life leaves you with too little quality time with your pup? Overwhelmed by the training you want to do because you’re not sure where to start? We’ve all been there. Group class gives you weekly built-in bonding time with your dog, manageable exercises to work on in between classes, and a group of people who are just as invested in your dog’s success as you are.

  • Whether you need weekday evening class times due to your work schedule, a lower cost than private training, or are interested in a specific niche like therapy dog training, a group class may just be exactly what you’re looking for.

Puppy Classes

Puppies are learning everything for the very first time. At this early age, it is crucial to show them that the world is a safe place, start developing their social skills, and put good habits into place that will set them up for success with your family for life.

If all of that feels overwhelming to do on your own, you’re not alone. Puppy classes are the ideal way to start off on the right foot with your new pup, introduce them to other puppies on a regular basis, and let’s be real - celebrate surviving this tough phase in solidarity with other puppy parents.

We offer classes for different puppy age groups and goals, and the good news is… you don’t have to choose just one.

Teen & Adult Classes

If your dog is 6 months or older and needs an introduction (or a refresher) on basic to advanced training skills, we offer a variety of classes to help you.

Whether you have a brand new rescue dog or a dog you’ve had since they were a puppy, maintaining consistent training is key if you want a companion who is a joy to live with.

Our group classes for teenage and adult dogs address common behavior concerns such as pulling on leash and jumping up on people, while also teaching skills that will allow you to give your dog more freedom in life, such as coming when called and being able to focus on you even around distractions. We even offer a Canine Good Citizen prep class for future therapy dogs or dog sports stars.

Nosework Classes

Nosework is THE gamechanger for nervous and fearful dogs, dogs who are bored and developing bad habits, or dogs who seem to have boundless energy you just can’t work off with physical exercise alone.

Your dog was born to use their nose. Their sense of smell is one hundred thousand to potentially millions of times better than a human’s, and it is their most powerful sense for understanding the world around them.

Nosework classes put your dog’s sniffing power to work finding hidden treats and solving fun challenges. If you’re looking for a way to build your dog’s confidence or enhance their quality of life, look no further.
