    Pamela Wyman

    Owner & Trainer

Pamela Wyman is a Multi-Certified Trainer and dog behavior consultant with 26 years of experience. She is a graduate of the renowned SF/SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers, taught by Jean Donaldson. Pamela brings an enthusiastic and creative teaching style to her work which makes training fun, intelligent and successful for dogs and people. Clients find Pamela able to treat seemingly unsolvable behavior issues with innovative techniques. Her areas of interest and expertise are enriching relationships between owners and dogs, and setting up puppies, adolescents and new rescue companions to succeed as furry family members. She is thrilled seeing a dog progress from panicked when left alone to fully relaxed and comfortable on the couch (its a slow process but it happens!)

Forever evolving, Pamela enjoys keeping a fresh perspective on learning and dog training. She regularly attends conferences, seminars, workshops and, perhaps most importantly continues to learn from each and every client and dog she works with. Pamela lives with Jordaan, dogs Stuey Little, Stanley Pickles LeBron, dog-cat Okami, and daughter Gemma.

    Nora Torrey

    Owner & Trainer

Nora has an extensive customer service and medical admin background, however, she also had a passion for working with dogs her whole life and has volunteered at animal sanctuaries and shelters on and off for years. In 2017, she decided to quit her desk job and start her own pet care business. Getting to work with more dogs every day (and learning their body language) naturally led to dog training. After working at All Dogs Allowed as a group class trainer, she was happily given the opportunity to take over ownership in 2020.

Nora has completed multiple certificates including her CATCH Dog Training Academy Masters Program Certificate, Fear Free Trainers Course, and Master Class in Aggression. She also holds the CPDT-KA certification. She is passionate about continuing her training education through reading, observing other trainers, or falling into the online dog training world. Nora loves getting to work with both dogs and their owners to help them develop and strong, happy relationship.

Nora has two dogs, George and Frankie. They enjoy spending time going on long walks, hikes, and of course napping. In the rare time Nora isn't doing something with dogs, she enjoys sticking her nose in a book or spending time with friends and family.

  • Tilly Moore

    Private Trainer, Group Class Instructor

When Tilly adopted her own dog and started experiencing the amazing results of positive reinforcement training, she was hooked. With a BA in psychology and a doctorate-in-progress in occupational therapy, Tilly uses her educational background in learning, behavior modification, and mental & physical health to help people and dogs thrive together.

Five years ago, Tilly began working with dogs professionally and earned her CPDT-KA certification from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. She has worked in dog walking, daycare & boarding, performed behavior evaluations for rescues, and taught online dog training courses in addition to one-on-one private training.

Tilly’s areas of expertise include aggression, reactivity, fear/phobia, and dogs with chronic pain/illness. She loves finding creative solutions and collaboratively creating holistic plans that work for dogs AND their people.

Tilly lives with her 11-year-old staffy (Delilah), her three cats, plus the bonus outdoor cat who’s decided she belongs to Tilly (Beau, Merlin, Romy, and Betty), her two tree frogs (Smacky & Orzo), and her husband (Jamie). When she’s not training dogs, she’s enjoying one of her many hobbies, or studying at Duke School of Medicine.

  • Henry Gayhardt

    Day Trainer, Group Class Instructor

Henry began his journey in animal sciences with his undergraduate courses at NC State, where he discovered a passion for animal care, animal behavior science, and the fundamentals of training. He worked with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and breeds throughout his time in school, and at multiple daycares and kennels. Henry started his official journey into the world of dog training with the Animal Behavior College where he learned the fundamentals of R+ training.

His favorite part of training is the challenge of problem solving and watching the bond between pet parent and dog grow. His focus and main experience at All Dogs Allowed has been assisting with puppies and first-time clients with Candance, as well as with Katherine and Sage.

Henry hopes to continue learning all aspects of positive reinforcement training from the wonderful people he’s had the opportunity to work with at All Dogs Allowed & All Dogs Durham!

Outside of training, Henry likes to watch movies, go fishing, hang out with friends, and do pretty much anything outside. He also loves watching Football!

  • Dave Labowicz

    Group Class Instructor

Dave has been working with dogs since 2001. Prior to moving to North Carolina in 2014, he volunteered at an animal shelter for eight years and fostered ten different pups. Dave also made trips to post-Katrina New Orleans to volunteer his time with Animal Rescue New Orleans (ARNO).

Dave was introduced to All Dogs Allowed when he fostered a dog who was in need of behavior modification. During that time, Dave developed a passion for dog training and positive reinforcement, and thanks to All Dogs Allowed, his foster found her perfect, forever home!

Dave is head of ADA’s nose work program and thoroughly enjoys working with all types of dogs – however, he holds a very soft spot for shy dogs due to his experience with one of his previous foster fails – Daphne, a purebred English Mastiff who was believed to have come from a puppy mill.

Dave now has three rescue pups of his own, Olive, Kane, and his most recent foster fail, Ridge. In his free time, he enjoys watching football (Go Hawks), BBQing, and movies.
